By downloading, installing, or using the Amal mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Amal App ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the App, including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through the App.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms.
Your continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using the App.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years old and that your use of the App does not violate any applicable laws or regulations.
If you are under 18 years old, you must have your parent or legal guardian's permission to use the App and they must agree to these Terms on your behalf.
To access certain features of the App, you may be required to register for an account. When you register, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update this information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the App and for any activities or actions under your password. We encourage you to use a strong password (using a combination of upper and lower case letters, numbers, and symbols) with your account.
You agree not to use the App in any way that:
The App may allow you to create, upload, post, send, receive, and store content, including but not limited to text, photos, and other materials ("User Content"). You retain all rights in, and are solely responsible for, the User Content you create, upload, post, send, receive, or store.
By creating, uploading, posting, sending, receiving, or storing User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, create derivative works from, publish, publicly display, publicly perform, and distribute your User Content for the limited purpose of operating, developing, providing, and improving the App.
The App and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof), are owned by us, our licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
These Terms permit you to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our App.
THE APP AND ALL INFORMATION, CONTENT, MATERIALS, PRODUCTS, AND SERVICES INCLUDED ON OR OTHERWISE MADE AVAILABLE TO YOU THROUGH THE APP ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED IN WRITING. WE MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE OPERATION OF THE APP, OR THE INFORMATION, CONTENT, MATERIALS, PRODUCTS, OR SERVICES INCLUDED ON OR OTHERWISE MADE AVAILABLE TO YOU THROUGH THE APP.
YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE APP IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, NOR DO WE MAKE ANY WARRANTY AS TO THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE APP.
IN NO EVENT WILL WE, OUR AFFILIATES, OR THEIR LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS, OR DIRECTORS BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, UNDER ANY LEGAL THEORY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE APP, ANY WEBSITES LINKED TO IT, ANY CONTENT ON THE APP OR SUCH OTHER WEBSITES, INCLUDING ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the App. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
